Meet Your Coach

I’m Matt Cantrell, a seasoned Certified Personal Trainer located here in Colorado Springs. Before I was a leader in the fitness industry, I was an overweight, out-of-shape person who struggled with confidence and self-esteem. I would wear the same oversized hoodie every day just to shelter my unappealing body. I felt worthless and ashamed to be me until I decided to change and lose a tremendous amount of weight.

Losing that weight didn’t change the scale, it changed my life.

Everything changed – I began playing sports competitively like I had always wanted. I began to free myself of the insecurities that I grappled with daily. I learned through fitness that I have the power to change anything I don’t like by taking small actions daily.

I decided to devote myself to a career where I’m able to deliver this metamorphosis to other individuals through personal training.

This is more than a business. It is my passion and purpose to educate, motivate, and guide others to live a greater life through fitness.
